Rodrigo MacIa

Rodrigo Macia is an experienced professional in the field of IT infrastructure and site reliability engineering, currently serving as Superintendente de Engenharia TI at Itaú Unibanco since July 2016. With a comprehensive background that includes roles as a Site Reliability Engineer - Specialist II and Manager, and as aCoordinator de Telecom, Rodrigo has been instrumental in developing SRE culture and participating in emergency response teams. Previous positions include technical trainer for Site Reliability Engineering at Quode and senior infrastructure analysts at Dimension Data and IBM, delivering Level 3 support for critical telecommunications equipment.
