Wellington Prado Junior has extensive experience in data governance and product management, currently serving as Product Manager for Data Governance Products at Itaú Unibanco since December 2007. In this role, Wellington defines product evolution strategies aligned with stakeholder priorities, focuses on continuous improvement of user journeys, and leads a squad to deliver value. Prior experience includes roles at Triad Systems as a Systems Analyst, where expertise in Java development for telecommunications was gained, and at iSolutions. Wellington's career began at Toyota do Brasil, where responsibilities included administrative tasks related to Human Resources and Finance. Wellington holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and has further education from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
