Alfredo Egydio Setubal

Alfredo Setubal holds a degree and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, with a specialization course at INSEAD (France). He is President, Investor Relations Officer and Vice-President of the Board of Directors at Itaúsa. He is also involved in investee companies as a member of the Board of Directors of Itaú Unibanco, Alpargatas and Duratex – of which he is Co-President, in addition to integrating various committees in the portfolio companies and in Itaúsa. He has worked for over 20 years as an executive in the Capital Markets and Investor Relations areas, having his longest experience at Itaú Unibanco. He is dedicated to third sector organizations, being a member of boards and committees in the following entities: Brazilian Association of Publicly-Held Companies (Abrasca), Brazilian Institute of Investor Relations (Ibri),
