María Susana Frutos

María Susana Frutos has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. María Susana started their career in 1978 as a Senior Executive at Andersen Consulting/Accenture, specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes, ERP selection and implementation, project management, and change management. María Susana worked on projects in Argentina, Latin America, and the USA until 1992.

In 1993, María joined Grupo ASSA as the Business Director of the CPG and Manufacturing Industry Division. During their time there, they were responsible for more than 30 ERP implementation projects and played a key role in division business strategy, sales and operations management, as well as recruiting and coaching division consultants and executives. María Susana remained at Grupo ASSA until 2001.

From 2001 to 2017, María worked at Neptunia Consulting, initially as a Managing Partner. Their responsibilities included sales and operations planning, process optimization management, IT business requirements and application software selection, and IT project management and change management.

In 2010, María took on the role of Professor at Logistic Executive Programs at ITBA, where they taught supply chain management applications and an executive program on Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)/Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

In 2012, María became a Partner at ProCanal ExecEducation, a position they currently hold.

In addition to their professional experience, María also worked as a Professor at Universidad Austral in Argentina from 2009 to 2014.

Throughout their career, María has demonstrated expertise in SCM, ERP implementation, project management, and change management, gaining experience both nationally and internationally.

María Susana Frutos completed their undergraduate education from 1973 to 1978 at the University of Buenos Aires, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering. In 1998, they attended the Instituto de Altos Estudios Empresariales-IAE for a brief period to study Achieving Breakthrough Service. María Susana also pursued a program on Dynamic Programming at SADIO - Sociedad Argentina de Informática e Investigación Operativa in 1987. Additionally, María completed a Director Profesional de Empresa degree at IGEP, although the exact dates of their enrollment are not provided.
