Noelle Shema

Noelle Shema is the President and Vice President Operations at ITC Defense Corp. Noelle advises the company President on strategic direction, formulates policies, engages in strategic thinking, and maintains critical relationships with Government Contracting Officials. Noelle also provides oversight on contract negotiations, operational risk programs, and project planning. Noelle has expertise in proposal strategies and successfully led the company through a DCAA Accounting System Audit. In the past, Noelle worked as a Realtor at Gainesville Realty and Development Inc. Noelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master's degree in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts in History.
