Kim Payne

Kim Payne is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in the installation, support, and maintenance of remote telecommunications systems, particularly in the mining and oil and gas industries. Currently serving as a Senior NOC Engineer IV at ITC Global since July 2011, Kim has also held similar roles at Broadpoint and Petrocom, focusing on cellular backhaul circuits over satellite and microwave technologies. Prior military experience includes serving as a Network Switching Systems Operator and Switching Systems Chief in the US Army, where Kim managed large global networks and contributed to the early stages of the Iraq war. Kim holds a degree from Tulane University, completed in 1997.
