Jonathon Douglas

Jonathon Douglas has extensive experience as an Attorney, having served as Senior Counsel at ITC Holdings Corp., Counsel, and Attorney in various roles. Jonathon specializes in drafting, negotiating, and approving a variety of contracts including those for construction, engineering, procurement, real estate, and business matters. Jonathon has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Bowling Green State University. Prior to their current role, Jonathon also owned and managed their own law firm, Douglas Law PLC.
