Jillian Clark Stull

Jillian Clark Stull has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Jillian began their career as a Law Clerk at Hargadon Lenihan & Herrington, where they conducted legal research and assisted in preparing various court documents. Jillian then worked as a Law Clerk at the Jefferson County Attorney's Office, where they further developed their skills in drafting legal documents and researching legal issues.

After that, Jillian joined Eriksen Services as a Legal Advisor/In-House Counsel, where they handled a wide range of practice areas including trademark, contract, personal injury, and the medical field. Jillian drafted contracts, responded to legal issues, and filed trademark applications. Jillian also played a key role in developing strategies to provide legal services for medical professionals, including congressional lobbying.

Following their position at Eriksen Services, Jillian became an Associate at Atherton & Associates, where they supervised assistants and law clerks. Jillian worked in various practice areas, including wills and trusts, contract, constitutional law, and collections. Jillian attracted new clients, assessed their legal needs, and assisted in developing business strategies.

Jillian then established their own practice as an Attorney at Law, focusing on personal injury, wills, and estates. Jillian successfully worked through the probate process and achieved settlements, including a significant wrongful death case.

After that, Jillian joined PNC Wealth Management as a Trust Advisor. Jillian reviewed and administered trust documents while building relationships with beneficiaries. Jillian exceeded the Assets Under Management goal and referral goals set by the company. Jillian also monitored the fiduciary relationship to ensure proper administration according to the document terms.

Most recently, Jillian worked at Peoples Bank as an Associate Counsel, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President. Their responsibilities included providing legal counsel and advice to the bank.

Jillian Clark Stull completed their education with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where they studied law from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), summa cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Louisville, where they graduated in 2004. Jillian holds additional certifications, including the Ohio Law License from The Supreme Court of Ohio, obtained in 2016, and the Kentucky Law License from the Kentucky Bar Association.
