Susan Anderson has a background in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and HR analysis. Susan started their career in 2006 as a Business Systems Analyst at DaimlerChrysler Financial Services and then moved on to work as an HR Analyst at Chrysler Financial/TD Auto Finance in 2007. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an HRIS Senior Analyst at CHE Trinity Health Inc. Susan then joined Trinity Health (HQ Michigan) in 2014 as an HRIS Team Lead. Most recently, they have been working at ITC Holdings Corp. since 2017, first as an HRIS Specialist, Senior from 2017 to 2019, and then as an HRIS Specialist, Lead from 2019 to the present.
Susan Anderson has a Master's degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
