Arathi Nandakumaar is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment strategies across various global technology firms. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Americas Talent Acquisition at ITC Infotech, Arathi previously held the position of Principal Director of Talent Acquisition at LTIMindtree and served as Program Director of Talent Acquisition at Mindtree. Prior experiences include leadership roles at HARMAN International and HCL America Inc., where responsibilities encompassed engineering and R&D services recruitment. Arathi began the career as a Recruitment Executive at IBM Global Services Ltd. and holds certifications in HR Management and Analytics from The Wharton School, alongside a degree in Business Management, Finance, and Marketing from Bangalore University.
