Priti Balaji

Priti Balaji is a Non-Executive Director of ITC Infotech India Limited and a member of the Audit Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with about 30 years of experience in the area of finance and related matters.

She has held several senior positions in ITC Limited. Presently she is Administrator, Private Salaries & Retirement Funds, ITC Limited. Ms. Balaji is also on the Board of Russell Credit Limited.
