R K Singhi

R K Singhi is a Non-Executive Director of ITC Infotech India Limited, and its subsidiaries in the UK and the USA. He is also a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of ITC Infotech India Limited.

Presently, he is the Executive Vice President & Company Secretary of ITC Limited.

Singhi is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and is a Law Graduate. He has experience of over 36 years in Corporate Laws and governance related matters.

He has also been a Member of the Secretarial Standards Board of the ICSI, Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Co-Chairman of the Governance Committee of the CII Eastern Region.

Presently, he is a Member of the CII National Committee on Regulatory Affairs.

He is also on the Boards of some of the other subsidiaries of ITC.
