Sharad Jain

Sharad did his management training in Secretarial Department of ITC Ltd. in the year 2002/03. He has worked as Company Secretary of Russell Credit Ltd., the investment arm of ITC, from 2005 to 2017. He took charge as Secretary to Divisional Management Committee of ITC’s Foods Division in May 2019. Since May 2020, he has been managing the Secretarial function of ITC Infotech and joined the Company as Deputy Company Secretary in October 2021. He has been associated with the ITC Group for the last 20+ years in various capacities.
