Supratim Dutta

Supratim Dutta is a Non-Executive Director of ITC Infotech India Limited, and its subsidiaries in the UK and the USA. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of ITC Infotech India Limited.

Presently, he is the Chief Financial Officer of ITC Limited. Before this, he held the position of Corporate Financial Controller of ITC responsible for Accounts, Taxation and finance operations and prior to that, he was Executive Vice President – Corporate Finance in charge of the Corporate Treasury, Strategic Planning and Corporate Planning functions of ITC.

In a career spanning over three decades at ITC, he has handled various aspects of finance including Planning, Treasury, M&A, Accounting, Taxation, IT, Investor Relations and business strategy.

He has also held important positions in various industry bodies including Chairperson – Finance and Banking Committee of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Presently, he is a Member of the CII National Committee on Financial Reporting and of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development CFO Network.

He is also on the Boards of some of the other subsidiaries of ITC.

Dutta is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant.
