Abu Ismail possesses extensive experience in software application management and project leadership, currently serving as the Application Lead for the PCPB Division at ITC Limited since March 2012. In this role, Abu Ismail manages application lifecycles, supports operational applications, and plays a critical role in application design and testing. Additionally, since July 2010, Abu Ismail has held the position of Sr. Project Manager at ITC Infotech, focusing on transforming business requirements into IT solutions and implementing best practices in architecture and design. Prior experience includes roles such as Technical Architect at MphasiS, Senior Associate at AIG Systems Solutions, and various positions in project management and development, showcasing a strong technical foundation and expertise in leading teams to develop user-friendly solutions using advanced technologies.
