Isha Shahane has substantial experience in the cosmetics industry, having worked at ITC Limited from July 2021 to May 2023 in various roles including Junior Research Associate for Skincare Product Development and Quality Assurance & Control, as well as a Trainee in Quality Assurance & Control. Prior to this, Isha completed a Quality Assurance Internship at Oriflame Cosmetics in May 2018. Isha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Perfumery, Cosmetics & Management from The KET's V. G. Vaze College of Arts, Science & Commerce, and a Bachelor of Technology in Cosmetic Technology from Somalwar Academy Education Society.
