Shantanu Das is an R&D and innovation leader in the food, beverage, and nutrition sectors, boasting over 20 years of experience with prominent companies such as ITC, Danone, Fonterra, PepsiCo, and Goodman Fielder across APAC markets, including India, China, ANZ, and SEA. Currently, Shantanu serves as the Vice President and head of food sciences at ITC Limited, overseeing research and regulatory functions supporting various product categories, while also holding the position of Head of R&D at Danone. Shantanu previously held roles in innovation management and product development, making significant contributions to the industry, including successful transformations in product portfolios and the establishment of new research functions. Shantanu is pursuing a Ph.D. in Food Technology at Massey University, alongside other advanced degrees in food science and business management.
