Naela Tarannum

Naela Tarannum has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Naela began their career at Apollo Health Street, working as a Sr. Process Associate for the BU-Health Plan Solutions. Naela then moved on to UrpanTech, where they served as a Talent Search Executive, specializing in leadership recruiting and sourcing for IT and non-IT roles. Naela then joined Hire Source Solutions as a Sr. US IT Recruiter, responsible for identifying suitable candidates based on client requirements. Afterward, they worked at MatchPoint Solutions as a Sr. US IT Recruiter/Resource Manager, where they collaborated closely with account managers and hiring managers while conducting day-to-day recruitment activities. Currently, Naela is employed at ITCO Solutions, Inc., where they started as a Technical Recruiter and was later promoted to a Recruitment Lead/ Recruiting Manager. In their current role, they lead and manages a team of recruiters, creates and executes hiring plans and strategies, and fosters relationships with account managers and fellow recruiters. Throughout their career, Naela has worked with prominent clients such as Uber, Airbnb, Netflix, and Google, among others. Naela has demonstrated strong recruitment skills, particularly in the IT sector, and has consistently achieved goals in their roles.

Naela Tarannum completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resource from the National Institute of Retail Management (NIRM) from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Computer from the Indian Institute of Management and Commerce, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
