Aleksandra Piotrowicz-Przyłuska [She/Her]

Aleksandra Piotrowicz-Przyłuska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, organizational development, and coaching. Currently serving as a Trainer and Sparring Partner at Sprężyna Wydarzeń since August 2019, Aleksandra focuses on tutoring, training, workshops, and coaching, drawing from over 25 years of diverse experience. In addition, Aleksandra holds roles as the Chief Communication Technologist at Poli-technika Komunikacji 2025 and HRBP, Trainer, and Coach at itCraft. Furthermore, as a crisis consultant at HearMe.pl and a mentor at the Fundacja Liderek Biznesu, Aleksandra is dedicated to personal and organizational development. Previous positions include Head of Directors' Office at POLREGIO, where significant recruitment policies and GDPR compliance were implemented, and Director of the Ecological Funds' Department at the Ministry of Environment, with notable achievements in project execution and team effectiveness. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Warsaw, complemented by further studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
