Erik Eltink has extensive experience in process engineering, currently serving as Principal Process Engineer at ITEC Equipment since October 2021. Prior positions include Senior Process Engineer roles at Nexperia and NXP, where Erik contributed from 2009 to October 2021, along with earlier experience as Principal Development Engineer Packaging at NXP and Process Engineer at Sonion. Erik's career began as a Production Engineer at ElementSix, followed by a role as Specialist in inkjet-nozzle technology at Stork Digital Imaging, and further back as a Development Engineer for transistors and diodes at Philips Semiconductors. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from HTS-Heerlen, obtained between 1984 and 1990.
