Natan Soron

Natan Soron is an experienced project manager currently working at ITEC Equipment since February 2022. Previously, Natan held the position of Engineering Department Manager at ELTA Systems Ltd from May 2006 to January 2022, overseeing cross-functional development teams and managing large-scale radar acquisition projects exceeding $50 million. Natan successfully ensured project completion on time and within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with end users. With a robust technical background as a Hardware Development Engineer, Natan has led the design and integration of complex electronic units and has collaborated extensively with various teams to achieve project milestones. Natan holds a Master of Science in Laser and Optical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering.
