Lisa Brown, M.Ed., ITIL4, CSM, HDI-SCM, has a diverse education history and multiple certifications. Lisa obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Geneva College, where they studied from 1990 to 1992. Following that, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Education/Curriculum and Instruction-Computer Education from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their degrees, Lisa has acquired several certifications. Lisa obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in August 2022. Prior to that, in September 2020, they received the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Lisa also holds the HDI Support Center Manager certification from the Help Desk Institute, which they obtained in May 2009.

Furthermore, Lisa holds other certifications such as ITILv3, obtained in May 2008, MCP Professional from Microsoft, obtained in December 2003, and CompTIA A+, obtained in January 2000. Additionally, they obtained another Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2020.
