Maria Leonti

Maria Leonti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maria currently works at iTech Media as a Pillar Delivery Lead, where they are responsible for leading the delivery of the Gaming Pillar. Maria'srole involves overseeing the team, hiring and growing the delivery team, managing cross-functional teams, and creating and improving processes. Maria also provides strategic leadership, manages risks, promotes agile practices, and handles budget management.

Prior to iTech Media, Maria worked at Pink Squid as a Lead Project Manager, where they led and supported a team of project managers and managed various digital projects. Maria also handled scoping, development, and delivery of campaigns, video projects, website production, and internal communications.

Maria also has experience at Cyber UK as an Account Manager, where they served as the key account manager for various clients and was responsible for managing a design and development team. Maria previously worked as an Account Executive at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Maria held customer service roles at Waitrose, and worked as an intern at Woodthorpe Comms, Essence PR, Now magazine, IPC Media, John Lewis PR, Mother and Baby Magazine, and The Circuit magazine, where they gained experience in various roles such as PR Assistant, Online Assistant, Press Office Assistant, and Editorial Assistant. Maria also worked as a Freelance Writer for The Circuit magazine, co-writing a feature on Security in the Olympics.

Maria Leonti completed their BA Honours in Multimedia Journalism from Canterbury Christ Church University from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Langley Park School for Girls from 2003 to 2011.
