Karen Wong

Karen Wong is an accomplished GRC Solution Architect currently serving at both iTech US Inc and iTechGRC since January 2023. With a robust background in software development, Karen held the position of Senior Developer at PRO Unlimited from August 2020 to December 2022, focusing on the configuration and customization of OpenPages GRC solutions. Prior to that, Karen worked as a Principal Consulting Engineer at OpenPages, an IBM Company, from February 2004 to July 2020, where responsibilities included designing and deploying tailored software solutions for clients utilizing OpenPages GRC Management software. Karen's career began as a Pre-professional Engineer intern at IBM, gaining experience in documentation and software integration. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cornell University, obtained in May 2003.
