Ravi Patnala

Ravi Patnala is a seasoned SAP Commerce/Hybris Functional Consultant with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as an SAP Commerce Functional Lead at XYMOGEN/Knack Systems since July 2024 and previously as an Ecommerce Specialist at Mars, Ravi has demonstrated expertise in SAP Hybris, Salesforce CRM, and data analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics. Prior roles include a SAP Commerce Functional Consultant at Apple and an SAP Hybris eCommerce Consultant at Gerdau Long Steel North America, alongside a lengthy tenure at Accenture as an SAP EP/CRM Webchannel Consultant. Ravi holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JITM, completed in 2004.
