Zach Rose

Zach Rose has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Zach began their career at ComputersRMYBAG as an IT Specialist and Customer Service Coordinator, where they installed, configured, tested, maintained, monitored and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network equipment. Zach then moved to Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. in 2016, where they worked as a Financial Services Associate. In 2017, Zach began working at McCormick's Electrical as an Outside Quality Manager and Customer Service Manager. During this time, they were responsible for customer relations, resolving customer problems, and acting as a liaison between the company, contractor, and customers. In 2011, Zach began working at Geek Squad as a Deputy of Counter Intelligence, Geek Squad Leader, and Consultation Agent. Theirduties included checking to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems, soliciting sales of new and additional services and products, and troubleshooting problems. Finally, in 2019, Zach began working at iTEK Services, Inc. as a Jr. Project Manager, where they coordinated onsite schedules and activities, troubleshot and problem solved vendor and technician issues, and managed weekly project billing.
