Christopher Wedderburn has extensive work experience in the customer service industry. Christopher most recently worked at itelCX as the Director of Account Management and Head of Department. Prior to that, they were an Account Manager at Sutherland Global Services from 2016 to 2020. Christopher also worked at TELUS International as an Account Manager from 2012 to 2016, where they were responsible for ensuring profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. Christopher's earliest work experience was at Teleperformance, where they served as a Call Center Manager for over 13 years. In this role, they managed multiple departments, delivered superior customer service, and communicated operational results to senior management.
Christopher Wedderburn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University College of the Caribbean (UCC) between 2009 and 2014. Christopher also completed Executive Leadership Training at Teleperformance University in 2010. Prior to attending UCC, they attended New Era Business Institute from 2005 to 2006 and Anchovy High from 1998 to 2004.
