Vincent Koppen

Vincent Koppen is currently a Full Stack Software Engineer at itemis AG since January 2024. Prior to this role, Vincent served as a Data Scientist at SCHICKLER from March 2022 to December 2023. Vincent gained experience as a Data Science Fellow at Science to Data Science (S2DS) in October 2021, where collaboration in a team led to the development of a platform for selecting optimal warehouse locations in Greater London. Before transitioning to the tech industry, Vincent was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Leeds, focusing on Geometric Topology and its applications in Quantum Computing from October 2020 to March 2021. Vincent earned a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Hamburg in June 2020.
