Damon Walsh

Damon Walsh is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in defense, technology, and management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Iten Defense, LLC, since February 2024, Damon oversees the manufacturing of advanced composite armor products for various applications. Previously, Damon held leadership roles at Mission Solutions Group, Inc., including Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder, where the focus was on providing IT solutions and cybersecurity services to federal agencies. Additional expertise includes positions as President at SYNEXXUS Inc. and Jet Hot - High Performance Coatings, as well as an Executive Vice President at Force Protection, Inc. Damon's military background as a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army has shaped a career dedicated to defense and strategic operations. An accomplished academic, Damon holds multiple degrees including a Master's in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, an MBA in Finance, and has participated in executive education at Harvard and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
