Goele Dekkers

Goele Dekkers is a seasoned professional in clinical operations with extensive experience in leading clinical studies and risk-based monitoring. Currently serving as Clinical Operations Program Leader at Galapagos since March 2018, Goele has previously held senior roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, including Senior Clinical Study Leader and RBM Central Monitor, where responsibilities encompassed risk mitigation and the development of risk management tools. Prior experiences span various positions including Clinical Trial Manager and Associate Clinical Project Manager at CROMSOURCE and UCB, respectively. Goele holds a master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences from KU Leuven, obtained in 2007.
