Gopalkrishna Pai

Gopalkrishna Pai is a mechanical engineering professional with extensive experience in finite element analysis (FEA) and structural analysis across various sectors, including heavy engineering, marine, and oil and gas. Currently serving as an ITER Project Associate at the ITER Organization since January 2020, Gopalkrishna has previously held positions as Team Lead at Altair Engineering since February 2011, contributing to projects at ITER-INDIA and Technip MHB Hull Engineering. Gopalkrishna's expertise encompasses static stress analysis, thermal analysis, modal analysis, and FE modeling using Hypermesh. Prior to this, Gopalkrishna worked as a Design Engineer at KINETIX SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, focusing on 3-D CAD modeling and structural analysis. Gopalkrishna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The National Institute Of Engineering, Mysore, awarded in 2005.
