Sophie Gourod

Sophie Gourod has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and previously as the Talent Management Section Leader at the ITER Organization since January 2009. Prior to this role, Sophie held significant positions at CEA from August 1999 to December 2008, including Head of the Communication Department and Head of the Training Department. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Management from I.A.E. Aix-en-Provence (1993-1994) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in business from Université Paris Cité (1989-1993).
