Takeshi Nishizawa is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in space and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Diagnostic Coordinating Engineer at the ITER Organization since May 2022, Takeshi previously held the position of Head of Future Programmes for Earth Observation at OHB System from April 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included strategic planning for future missions and coordinating technical development. Prior to that, at IAI Industrieroboter GmbH, Takeshi managed sales and marketing operations as General Manager, and at the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, served as a Senior Engineer involved in projects related to Earth Observation satellite systems and rocket technology. Takeshi’s academic background includes a Master's degree in Engineering from Hokkaido University and an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Asahikawa National College of Technology.
