Anine Ragnif

Anine Ragnif has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the COO / Head of Norway at Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE, starting in July 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Delivery and Performance Officer at the same company from February 2020 to July 2020.

In 2017, Anine joined ODA - Women in Tech Network as the Head of Mentor Programs and a Board member. This network aims to empower women in technology to lead the change, and Anine contributed to the team of volunteers from the technology industry in Norway.

Anine's career began in 1998 when they worked as an Instruktør at SATS. Anine then moved on to Capgemini in 2007, where they held various positions including Principal, People Unit Manager from February 2016 to January 2020. Anine also served as a Senior Consultant and Senior System Analyst at Capgemini and Nordea Bank Norge ASA respectively.

Before joining Capgemini, Anine worked at Merkantildata Kunnskap as a Konsulent from 1994 to 1998. In this role, they facilitated workshops, assisted clients in developing training plans, and delivered courses on standard software and clients' own applications.
