Software Architect at Itera

Mykhailo Novosad has a significant work experience in the field of software development, with a focus on technical leadership and architecture designing.

Mykhailo started their career in 2006 at the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, where they worked as a Software Developer and implemented finance solutions for the government using MS Visual Studio and ADO.NET technology. Mykhailo also had experience in Oracle PL/SQL and cryptography.

In 2010, Novosad joined Auditdata A/S as a System Developer and worked on an office management system for public hearing clinics.

In 2013, they joined Luxoft as a Software Developer and later became a Group Lead. Mykhailo worked on investment banking projects for UBS front offices and had responsibilities such as designing and developing components of a large-scale bank system, analyzing requirements and data flows, and managing a cross-region group of developers.

In 2014, Novosad joined Ciklum as a Senior .NET Developer and later became a Technical Lead. Mykhailo worked on projects involving financial disclosure reports and data management, where they implemented solutions adhering to corporate standards and collaborated with business users.

Since 2017, Novosad has been working at Itera as a Software Architect. Mykhailo'skey responsibilities include driving customer's IT organization to a better shape, designing and implementing architectures, and ensuring the high quality and completeness of all processes. Mykhailo also worked on a project for Aker BP/Aize, delivering real-time analytics for object design, engineering, prefabrication, and installation.

Throughout their career, Novosad has demonstrated strong technical skills in various technologies such as C#/.NET, SQL Server, Oracle, Entity Framework, and Visual Studio. Mykhailo also has experience in CI/CD/CT processes and agile methodologies.

Mykhailo Novosad completed their education in a chronological order. From 2002 to 2008, they attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' where they obtained a Master's degree with honors from the Applied Mathematics Department, with a qualification in "Computer Systems and Networks". Following this, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued research for a PhD at the same university, specializing in Computer Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Mykhailo Novosad obtained a certification in Kanban System Design from Kanban University in November 2020.
