Pavol Zuffa

Pavol Zuffa began their work experience in 2003 as a European volunteer for Evangelishe Kirchengemeinde Hoerstel. Pavol later worked as a project manager for iuventa from 2004 to 2006. In 2008, they worked as a training support for Excellent Training, s.r.o. In 2009, they joined Timan s.r.o. as a sales and training professional until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a sales manager for AuJob. In 2014, they founded CVidea, an AI product for video interviews, and became a partner. Later in 2014, they joined Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE as an HR manager. In 2015, they founded Boost-it, where they provided training and coaching services to improve recruiting and communication skills for technical individuals.

Pavol Zuffa pursued their higher education at the Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave from 1999 to 2006. This is where they successfully acquired their Master's degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies. Following their completion of this degree, Pavol Zuffa enrolled at City and Islington College for the academic year 2007-2008. It was during this time that they obtained a First English Certificate, proving their proficiency in the English language.
