Solveig Pedersen

Solveig Pedersen has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. From 2020 to the present, they have worked at Itera as the Team Leader for Agile Delivery Bergen. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2019, they had a long tenure at Nordea. At Nordea, Solveig held multiple roles including Board Member, Head of Claims Handling, Process Developer, and Senior Customer Consultant. Their responsibilities in these positions included leadership of claim settlement departments, project management for process automation and robotics, testing and improvement of systems, and customer support for large corporate clients. Before joining Nordea, Solveig had brief stints as a Tourist Host at Bergen Reiselivslag and as an Office Assistant at Bergen kirkelige fellesråd.
