Katie Collins (She/Her)

Katie started her career in corporate finance and banking. While pursuing her Master’s in Professional Accountancy, she ran a consulting firm, helping small businesses across various industries establish and streamline their monthly financial reporting and close cycles. After completing her MPAcc degree, she transitioned to accounting functions, specializing in new businesses and start-ups.

Her most recent role was in-house for a multi-venture family office. She was pivotal in restructuring the company's operations and successfully building the financial systems and accounting team. This transformation involved shifting the company's focus from a single digital product to a family office, managing across 9+ entities, and investing in external ventures.

Katie leads Iterate's financial and accounting functions; running daily operations, treasury management, and financial reporting. Working closely with legal, people operations, and external agencies, Katie manages payroll and tax compliance.
