Ellen Hermens is a seasoned professional in agile coaching and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Agile Coach at iteratec since July 2022. With extensive experience, Ellen has been an Agile Coach and Management 3.0 Facilitator at Management 3.0 since January 2016, focusing on coaching employees and teams within agile organizations. Additionally, Ellen has been involved with The Kingmaker Institute since 2008, offering training and coaching centered on strengths development in a playful and collaborative manner. Previous roles include Senior Agile Coach and Line Manager at AUSY Technologies Germany AG and Scrum Master at AKDB. Ellen has held various leadership positions within Toastmasters International District 95 since 2003, earning accolades for outstanding service.
