Sujatha Bala

Sujatha Bala is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across notable companies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Splunk since 2020, Sujatha leads a global team focused on observability and automated expert advisory solutions. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at DataStax from 2016 to 2020, where responsibilities included the development of the Vector SAAS and PAAS platform. At John Deere from 2013 to 2017, Sujatha successfully led the creation of the JDAC ML Ops Platform, achieving significant cost savings and improvements in agricultural efficiency. Earlier experience at CA Technologies as a Lead Principal Architect further solidified expertise in engineering and technology solutions. Sujatha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bharathiar University.
