Paula MacHado

Paula Machado is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and business consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Iteris since September 2021, Paula previously worked as a Corporate Lawyer and Business Consultant while self-employed and took a sabbatical in Beijing from 2017 to 2021. Notable past roles include Chief Legal and Investor Relations Officer at MLog S.A., Legal Manager at REX - Grupo EBX, and Senior Associate at Bocater, Carmargo, Costa e Silva Attorneys at Law. Paula began a legal career as a Partner at Denis Borges Barbosa Advogados and contributed to the Legal Department of Banco Pactual.
