John Albeck

John Albeck has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and program management. John is currently working as a Traffic Operations Program Manager at Iteris, Inc. since July 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Workforce Development Program Manager at Albeck Gerken, Inc. for almost two decades, from July 2000 to July 2019.

Before joining Albeck Gerken, Inc., John worked as a Senior Engineer for nearly 17 years as an Independent Contractor / Consultant, from January 1999 to July 2015. John also gained experience as a Senior Engineer at HDR from April 1995 to January 1999.

John'scareer began at City of Omaha as a Civil Engineer I/II in April 1992, and they served in that role until April 1995. Overall, John has worked in various engineering and program management roles throughout their career.

John Albeck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, where they studied from 1985 to 1991. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Transportation at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1992 to 1995.
