Miro Batista Pousa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. Currently serving as CEO at Iterum Connections since October 2019, Miro also operates as a BPO Industry Expert in a freelance capacity since December 2018. Prior to these roles, Miro held the position of President for Latam Operations at Alorica from December 2003 to December 2018. Miro possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá and has additional education from the Panamerican Institute.
