Modupe Olajide-Faleye

Modupe Olajide-Faleye is an experienced professional in performance management and human resources, currently serving as the Performance, Training and Capacity Development Manager at Itex Integrated Services Ltd since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Performance and People Management Specialist at Promasidor from July 2019 to September 2023, where key tasks involved the design and implementation of performance management strategies and competency frameworks. Modupe has also worked at KPMG Nigeria from June 2007 to December 2017 in various administrative roles, demonstrating strong management and communication skills. Modupe holds a BSc. Hons in Computer Science from Lagos State University, attained between 1999 and 2005.
