Olufunke Somala

Olufunke Somala is a Quality Assurance/Software Tester at Itex Integrated Services Ltd since December 2020, responsible for testing products to ensure compliance with industry standards, documenting quality levels, and reporting bugs and defects. Olufunke also has experience as a Customer Service Representative, focusing on providing excellent customer satisfaction. Prior to the current role, Olufunke served as a POP Coordinator/MoMo Administrator at Consumer Links Limited in Lagos from September 2019 to December 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in English Language from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from Obafemi Awolowo University.
