Katarzyna Sokal has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Katarzyna began their professional journey in 2019, starting with an internship at Lobo HR as a Human Resources Intern. Later that year, they worked as an Administration Specialist at Grupa Inwestycyjna Hossa. In 2019, they also served as an Office Administrator at Kancelaria Prawna SBP. In 2022, they joined ITFS as a Junior IT Recruiter and then moved on to become a Mid IT Recruiter. Currently, they hold the position of Team Leader Recruiter at ITFS.
Katarzyna Sokal started their education at Politechnika Warszawska, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in administration from 2015 to 2018. Katarzyna then continued their studies at the University of Gdansk, completing a Master's degree in administration from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they pursued further education in labor law at the University of Gdansk by undertaking postgraduate studies, which they completed in 2021.
