Oliwia Kepke has over five years of experience in recruitment and sales roles. Oliwia is currently working as a Recruitment Director at ITFS Sp. z o.o. since November 2021. Previously, Oliwia worked as a Recruitment Team Leader at the same company from August 2020 to October 2021, where they managed a small team and provided training and support to new hires.
Before joining ITFS Sp. z o.o., Oliwia worked at Lobo HR for three years, from 2016 to 2019. During their time at Lobo HR, they held various roles, starting as a Junior Sales and IT Recruitment Specialist from January 2016 to June 2017, then as a Sales and IT Recruitment Specialist from July 2017 to December 2017, and finally as a Senior Sales and IT Recruitment Specialist from January 2018 to December 2019.
Throughout their career, Oliwia has gained experience in recruiting candidates for IT roles at all levels and conducting phone interviews. Oliwia also has expertise in maintaining relationships with candidates, negotiating job offers, and analyzing market trends. Additionally, they have been involved in business processes, such as collaborating with company managers and analyzing client requirements.
Oliwia Kepke's education history begins in 2011 at Nicolaus Copernicus University, where they pursued a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Ekonomia. Oliwia completed this program in 2014. Afterwards, from 2014 to 2016, they attended the University of Gdansk where they earned a Magister (Mgr) degree in Ekonomia.
