Carole Bailey Folmar

Carole Bailey Folmar has extensive work experience in the legal and regulatory field. Carole Bailey has held various roles at different companies, starting with their position as Regulatory Counsel at Alternative Brands Inc. from 2008 to 2013. Carole then worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Forsyth Technical Community College, teaching courses in Business Law, Paralegal Studies, and more from 2004 to 2014. Carole Bailey joined Lorillard Tobacco Company in 2014 as the Manager of Regulatory Affairs, responsible for overseeing regulatory strategies and ensuring compliance. Carole went on to work at ITG Brands, LLC as the Director of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs, Associate General Counsel from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Carole holds the role of Sr. Director of Product Integrity and Compliance, Assoc. General Counsel at ITG Brands starting from 2019.
