Joshua Broder

Joshua Broder is the Founder and CEO of Verta, an industry-leading digital infrastructure developer and operator recognized for its portfolios in poles, towers, edge data centers, and campus fiber networks, acquired by SDC Capital Partners in 2019. Broder serves as a Business Developer and TMT Consultant at ITG Communications, LLC, and holds positions as a founding team member and executive committee member at PBI Fiber, focusing on long-haul fiber operations. Additional board memberships include VETRO, Inc., Versant Power, and Skowhegan Savings Bank, while also being a member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Compensation Committee at The Jackson Laboratory. Previously, Broder was the CEO of Tilson Technology Management and President of the Maine Fiber Company, where significant contributions were made in the telecommunication sector. Academic credentials include a BA in History from Middlebury College and an Advanced Certificate in Entrepreneurship from John F. Kennedy University.
