Marco A. Gonzalez

Marco A. Gonzalez is a highly experienced technical and product manager specializing in sensor technology and communications, currently serving as Technical Manager and R&D Engineer at the Galician Technological Institute (ITG) since April 2014. Gonzalez holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at ITG Drone Solutions since August 2021, following a role as Hardware Engineer at Indra from May 2010 to April 2014, where contributions were made to the Flight & Navigation Procedures Trainer for Airbus Helicopters. Notably, Gonzalez was responsible for the TT&C Subsystem on the XaTcobeo Project at the University of Vigo, which launched the first Spanish CubeSat. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade de Vigo, a Master's in Radiocommunication and Electromagnetic Engineering, training in electronic design at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and a program in Leadership and Innovation from MIT Professional Education. Additionally, Gonzalez is a certified RPAS pilot with both basic and advanced certifications.
